The Rev. Dr. Jack A. Smith Care Center offers comprehensive skilled nursing services personalized for each resident by our caring, professional staff members, including registered nurses and licensed practical nurses.

Attractive, furnished residences have ample room for decorative personal items, and most feature lovely views of Sarasota Bay, the gardens or a quiet pond.  In this beautiful setting, residents can enjoy a quiet moment alone while knowing that personal assistance is never far away.   At the same time, a robust calendar of events offers a variety of activities to help each resident remain active and engaged.  In the newly reinvigorated dining room, mealtime can become a social event as residents enjoy delicious, nutritious meals in a lovely fine dining environment.

Residents may choose to use our medical director or to continue receiving care from their established physicians. If hospitalization is required, Smith Care Center has transfer agreements with nearby Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Doctors Hospital. For convenience and safety, rehabilitation and therapy is provided on site, along with other life-enhancing support services.
