Plymouth Harbor has 210 Independent Living residences, for the free and easy lifestyle you seek.

We support our Independent Living residents with a broad array of Home Care Services: help with medications and treatments; coordinating physical, occupational and speech therapies; arranging medical social services, counseling and transportation to medical appointments; as well as assistance with third-party services, medical equipment, private attendants and more.

Plymouth Harbor currently accepts new residents exclusively at the Independent Living level.

ASSISTED LIVING/ SKILLED NURSING

The Callahan Center offers Assisted Living in studio residences specifically designed for residents whose quality of life is improved by enhanced support services.

The Smith Care Center provides comprehensive Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative Care. It has deluxe private rooms, private rooms and semi-private rooms. The Smith Care Center features:
