For the most openness and light, Architect Frank Folsom Smith designed Plymouth Harbor after a Denver landmark: the Brown Palace Hotel. Every three floors are grouped as a spacious colony, sharing an atrium and balcony. Each colony has its own association for events and maintenance, but they often gather for community-wide occasions and volunteer projects.
