You want to maintain your independence with peace of mind and personal security. Plymouth Harbor has 210 independent living residences, for the free and easy lifestyle you seek. The monthly fee includes the following:

All utilities, including:

Cable television
Local telephone services
Electricity, Sewer and water
Maintenance services
Weekly housekeeping service
Weekly change of linens and towels
Medical emergency alert system
Daily monitoring system, security services
Transportation and shuttle services
Programs and events
Fitness programs

We support our Independent Living residents with a broad array of Home Care Services: help with medications and treatments; coordinating physical, occupational and speech therapies; arranging medical social services, counseling and transportation to medical appointments; as well as assistance with third-party services, medical equipment, private attendants and more.

The Entrance Fee covers thirty (30) days free annually in a semi-private room in The Smith Care Center should those services be needed.
